How am I charged?

On Starter, our flat 49p fee + Stripe's 1.5% + 20p is deducted automatically from each paid ticket sale before the money reaches your Stripe account — nothing to pay upfront. Growth and Pro add a monthly subscription (with receipts in your Billing page) for a lower per-ticket fee. Free tickets cost you £0, always.

When do I get paid?

Ticket money is paid out to your own Stripe account — we never hold your money. Stripe then pays out to your bank on its usual schedule.

Can I pass fees to buyers?

Yes — one toggle at event setup adds fees to the buyer's total so you keep the full face value. Buyers always see the full breakdown before paying.

Is it really free for free events?

Completely. Unlimited free events, unlimited tickets, RSVP management and QR check-in included. £0.
