What is EntryTicket?
EntryTicket is a modern event ticketing platform that makes it easy to create, discover, and attend events. We provide secure payment processing, instant QR code tickets, and powerful event management tools.
Is EntryTicket free to use?
Yes! Creating an account and browsing events is completely free. Event organizers can create events and sell tickets with transparent pricing. There are no hidden fees for attendees.
How do payments work for organizers?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. When attendees purchase tickets, payments are processed through Stripe and transferred to your connected account. You'll need to set up a Stripe account to receive payments.
Can I scan tickets at my event?
Yes! Each ticket includes a unique QR code. You can use our built-in QR scanner or any QR code reader to validate tickets at entry. Each QR code can only be scanned once to prevent duplicate entries.
How do I handle refunds?
As the event organizer, you control your refund policy. You can process refunds through your dashboard. Contact our support team if you need assistance with refund processing.
How do I buy tickets?
Browse events, select the event you want to attend, choose your ticket quantity, and proceed to checkout. You can purchase as a guest or sign in to your account. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How will I receive my tickets?
After purchase, you'll receive your tickets via email as a PDF with QR codes. If you provided a phone number, you'll also receive the QR code via WhatsApp. Tickets are also available in your account under "My Tickets".
What if I lose my ticket?
If you have an account, you can always access your tickets in the "My Tickets" section. If you purchased as a guest, check your email for the ticket PDF. You can also contact the event organizer for assistance.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your payment card details on our servers. All payment information is encrypted and handled securely by Stripe.
Do I need to download an app?
No app download required! EntryTicket is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works directly in your browser. You can add it to your home screen for quick access, but it's not necessary.
